When will I be contacted for my pickup?

Once the payment is received and posted, an order receipt will be emailed to the person who placed the order and the Return Statement will be emailed to the onsite contact.  Within 3 business days of the posted payment, the primary onsite contact will be phoned by the logistics provider to schedule the pickup and followed by a confirmation email of the estimated pickup date.  The logistics provider will call again within 24 hours of the pickup to confirm your pickup date.
