What happens after I place my order?

Once your order is placed and paid for, you will receive an emailed receipt and the on-site contact will receive the email containing the RA label.  Within 3 business days, the on-site contact will be phoned by the logistics provider to confirm your location and schedule your pickup date range; that is followed by an email notification of your estimated pickup date range. The on-site contact will also receive a call from the logistics provider within 24 hours of the actual pickup date.
