What happens if the serial number(s) on the RA doesn’t match the serial number(s) on my equipment?

If the serial number(s) doesn’t match the serial number(s) on the RA issued by your lessor, you must contact your lessor to resolve the discrepancy.  No assets can be picked up if the serial numbers do not match the RA issued by your lessor through ReturnCenter.com.
