What happens if the equipment shown on the RA doesn’t match the equipment I have?

If the equipment doesn’t match the equipment on the RA issued by your lessor, you must contact your lessor to resolve the discrepancy.  No equipment can be picked up if the equipment does not match the RA issued by your lessor through ReturnCenter.com.
